This section is a tribute to all young, and some
not so young, researchers that I have met in my career. I have
chosen to present their work because I have had some relation to
it. The researchers have either been working in my department, some
has been my research students, or I have had the honour to serve on
their examination committees.

Gothenburg and one of my oldest and most valued colleagues.

Dr. Ulf Jansson is Professor of Building Design
and Head of the Architecture Program at Chalmers University of
Technology in Gothenburg.

A thesis that study visually impaired people's
perception of city space. Visually impaired peoples way of
perceiving space teach us a lot about our own potential of
perceiving space and the possibilities of architecture unless it
were so focused on visual qualities.

succeed Professor Åke Wiklund who is retirering from the
position.
