I have done a number of design and change
management projects for small and large companies. The Change
Management projects is mostly about helping companies through
certain process of change, mostly connected to some change in
organization or the process of changing the work environment in
some way.
The goals of the change projects are to get as
much value in terms of usable solutions, satisfied staffs and
customers and a productive and creative work environment.
My contribution is to guide the company through
this process. To pick up all those good ideas and understand the
fears that the staffs have, to involve the whole company in the
creative process of change and to use the change situation to
create a more creative, productive and learning atmosphere in the
company.
